近日，由王旱祥教授指导、博士生张砚雯撰写的论文《Multi-objective optimization of nylon cord rubber parameters in expandable packer》被“Petroleum Science”正式录用，第一单位为中国石油大学（华东），通讯作者为王旱祥教授。“Petroleum Science”属于工程技术大类2区（中科院基础版分区），2019年11月入选国家七部委“中国科技期刊卓越行动计划”的“领军期刊”项目，主要刊登石油科学领域高质量原创性研究论文和综述性论文。
Nylon cord rubber has the advantages of small residual deformation and it is easy to lift and lower the tubing string in low-permeability oil and gas reservoirs. However, it has the problems of low-pressure resistance and poor sealing performance. In order to improve the working performance of nylon cord rubber, a two-dimensional numerical model of the nylon cord rubber was established and the accuracy was verified by the field test. The Plackett-Burman test, the Steepest climbing test and the Response surface method were devoted to acquiring the polynomial response surface model connecting structural parameters with bearing and sealing pressure. Combined with the genetic algorithm, optimal structural parameters of nylon cord rubber were determined according to the requirements of field operations, and the reliability of the optimization results was verified by laboratory tests. The analysis results showed that after optimization, the bearing capacity of the expandable packer increased by 25%and the sealing performance increased by 66%. The experiment results showed that the bearing pressure was 70 MPa and sealing pressure was 50 MPa, which can effectively meet the on-site requirements of high-pressure and fine fracturing in low-permeability oil and gas reservoirs.
